The Warsaw Stock Exchange hereby reposts that pursuant to Resolution No. 42/2007 of the Management Board of the WSE dated January 16th 2007, as amended, as a result of an extraordinary correction after the session of August 24th 2010 Nepentes shares will no longer be included in the WIG and WIG-PL indices.

The exclusion of Nepentes stock from the above indices follows from the fact that in accordance with the indices’ methodology they may not include stocks of companies whose free float is below 10%.
