Organisational structure of the company
The Nepentes headquarters at the Company’s Management Board started to operate on 1st February 2008. The Headquarter Office together with the Management Board is situated at Gwiaździsta 69F, in the hitherto existing seat of the Company. At the same time, Nepentes Management Board decided to separate the Poland Department in its organisational structure. The Polish Department Office is situated at Pelplińska 21 in Warsaw, in a newly constructed building.
All national organisations, dependent foreign companies, as well as production and logistic departments, dealt out as separate organizational individuals within the Nepentes S.A. company in Poland are subjected to the Poland Department. The Nepentes headquarters team creates marketing strategies for the portfolio of products involving the whole region, in which the Company operates. Basic actions include creating new products and integration of the products that are taken over.
The Poland Department is responsible for realisation of sale goals and implementation of marketing strategies in Poland for the products included in the Polish portfolio. Analogical tasks were set for the foreign departments.
